Small hotel, impolite service. Bathroom too small. OK for it's price. Free WiFI but didn't work for us. Laptop available at reception.

You get exactly what you paid for! No tv, alarm clock or a comfy shower. The price reflects! But if you are looking for an excellent location and free wifi for a good price, then it's perfect. The street was loud but I didn't care about it. Lots of strip clubs and sex shops in the same block.

Easy to get to, unbeatable location not far from a metro, bars brilliant for the young at heart and shops and cafes. Clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table. Public parking nearby provided.

Absoluteley disgusting, dirty floors and a broken bathroom door that didn't close, for the money paid, I expected at least a warm welcome, maybe even an upgrade, but I guess I'm just a nobody here. They made me wait outside forever, awful service, would've given a good review, just couldn't.

Appi Hotel was a great place to crash after a long day of walking all over the city. It is exactly that...a place to crash. All of your basic needs bed, water, toilet nothing fancy but does the job. I thought it was in a decent location from the city centre for the price. Just be aware that it is in a rougher area (sex shops all the way down the street) Fine if you want to see Paris and just want a place to sleep.

charming, charming, charming

I was kinda surprised by the good character of the traditional Parisian apartment! The room I stayed in had an inviting aroma and excellent ventilation. Plus, it was spacious enough for me to sleep comfortably despite being 6ft4in tall.

Good location that near to Metro station (the only good thing)

extremely small shower room, not enough space for taking a shower and changing clothes, the curtain in the room is very dirty and We can hear every noise and movement in the corridor and other people's room, extremely noisy, someone next to our room even knock loudly to our room and shouted to us. The facilities are not very good and also the surrounding neighourhood as it is in a red light district which has some sex shops, so we have to go back home earlier. Actually the room, the toilet and the shower room are just like those in hostel which is not expected from us when we booked.

Inviting aroma throughout room

Good location but that is it. Hot, couldn't open the windows because it was too noisy.No fans. Could hear every time other guests had a shower or went to the toilet we had exposed pipes in our bathroom. Lots and lots of crooked uneven winding steps to climb to reception and then our room. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Louvre. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect after long days out with our small kid. It's a basic but solid choice for families.

In my wife's opinion, the shared shower setup could be better for families with children.

Freindly and helpful staff . Good location near the metro station. Restaueants and a supermarket in the same neighborhood so very practical. Big rooms compared to other hotels in Paris.

Very small toilets. No enough lightining. Old furniture. No elevator. Limited opening times for the reception.
